Rules for Regular/Top:
1.LINK US FIRST!
2.Your site must be hosted or have a domain to be Top Affiliates*
3.I will NOT accept site builders. To be more eligible to make [even regular], its preferred that you are a domain, or hosted.
4.If you're applying for top affiliates make sure to link us on every page FIRST.
5.Where it says "We Love" put "Ashley Tisdale!"

Rules for Elite:
1.Link us in your elite affiliates first [on every page]
2.You must be hosted or have a domain. Even if you have a HQ freewebs, you won't be accepted for Elite.
3.You must be a fansite. No design or etc. Multi-Celeb sites are fine.
4.You must be high quality!
5.Where it says "We Love" put "Ashley Tisdale!">

* If you see sites that are freewebs or non-hosted in the top affiliates its either because one of the staff members own it, they have helped us in some kind of way, or I [Courtney] have thought them good enough for the spot.
